Honestly!!!

Just because I kinda, sorta, maybe might've copied been influenced by the name SPECT when I named SPEW, that was years ago. >:O You'd think we'd be over this aggro by now, but nooooooooooooooooo... We'll you're not the only one who can post pictures of cute furries and words!!!

All this aggro over Evanesco has really got me down, but I wanted to do something to show my support. So!!! I joined drunkirishdude and waitingfortom and made some stuff for everyone about what's going on.




I would add this to my own icons, but since the interwebs are being so untrusty I decided not to opt for the extra icons anymore. Sorry, Lavender, we're splitting six for the time being!!!

So, we thought we'd keep mum for a bit and enjoy this to ourselves, but you know what? After Monday night at Magiwand, I can't help it anymore. Those birds were eyeing you and all I could think was "Mine." I just want to shout it from the rooftops:

I love Padma and we are seeing each other and it is absolutely brill!!!

So I've adored Padma for a really v. long time, but I was too shy to do anything about it and I never imagined that she could ever fancy me back. I really bodged things when she confessed to me about her feelings one day when we were out shopping. What can I say??? I was so so soooooo shocked to find out that she felt the same. And I was scared that it was some nasty joke (not that I'd ever think you'd do something like that, sweetie <3) and embarrassed. Because I've never had someone I fancied feel the same way, you know?

But I'm not embarrassed anymore! She's mine, and I want everyone to know it. <3

So!!! Once I had everything figured out and got up enough bottle to tell Padma how I felt, I had to set things right with her, since I'd absolutely made shambles of everything and she thought that I hated her (NEVER!). Um... I was worried she wouldn't come with Pav and me on the pre-wedding getaway, but then she did. And one time when we were conveniently alone (thanks, Parvati), I wore that one dress I bought when we were shopping and I took her hand and said that I really wanted us to be together forever and always and I hugged her and mumbled a lot of sweet things that I've forgotten in the jumble of all the sweet things that I've said to her since and and and...

And that's about it, I guess. ^_^ We're together now. You lot don't need to hear the details about the snogging but, yes, there has been loads of it. <3

Honestly, I can't understand all the aggro going on about these quizzes. They're nifty, fun, and can see to the very depths of your being. :D And even if you don't like them, you don't need to whinge so much.

I never actually said I knew how to drive, mate.

I feel like I've wasted the last six hundred years of my life at this school.

Looking at my course schedule for this year makes me feel dicky, so I'm petitioning to change it -- namely, drop Divination and take Arithmancy and Ancient Runes. If any professors have a problem with this, I'd be willing to take a proficiency exam, of course. But I think it would be too aggro to have to deal with all that, so you should just let me in, sploosh.

I've also decided it was time for a change and went for a new hair colour. Witch Cosmetics has this great shade called The Dark Side that I'd recommend to anyone.

Also, I've decided to join Colin in London. SPECT members, your assignment for this week is to find a tin of kippers and/or anchovies to bring to the next meeting that will be held when I get back.

With all the spoilage going around lately, does anyone think that the squid might be in danger? I know people like to chuck their leftovers at poor squidling for no good reason, so I've brought Tippie down to the lake with me for a live feed -- SPECT IN ACTION. :D I've lured squid up to shore with a bit of sardines on toast, and I've got my wand ready for a diagnostic.

I was whipping up one of my favourite Atkins recipes, chicken salad (with a nice juicy roasted chicken and gourmet basil-flavoured mayonnaise) when that Icicle girl walked by. I had no idea that she was in our house, as I could have sworn she was in Riddle... or maybe it was Raventhin, but anyhow, I offered her a bite. Then she whipped her perfect, obviously dyed hair, blinked at me with those giant twinkling eyes, and said straight out, "I thought you were a vegetarian? Teehee!"

Right loony that bird is.

I mean, vegetables taste all right accompanying meat, I suppose, but humans weren't made to live on vegetables alone. Besides, think of all the horrible starches and carbs!

Well, when she set down her books to eat some chicken salad with me and have a cuppa, I couldn't help but notice that she's carrying a tome around called "How-To Guide to a Broom Time Machine." I tried to ask about her about it, but she just tittered. Then she swept her hair over her shoulder and floated away.

Is there an evil time travel class that I don't know about? Because if there is, you really must tell me. I've been dying to get a taste of the blue-footed booby. Just imagine how it would taste with gourmet mayonnaise.

Thank Merlin that Eloise has such a nice figure and likes Reserved Rodent, too

Is it me, or is something really freaky going on here? I was walking down the corridor and I swear there was no one around, but suddenly I got conked in the head!!! There were lots of stars and pretty birdies and when I could see straight again, Tippie was right there beside me =D Except...

Today was madly fun!!! For the Young Witches meeting, I brought this stodgy old brassiere that Mummy packed along when I wasn't looking. Professor Stewart is just colour savvy; she and Ginny helped me fix that old thing up to create my masterpiece. ^o^

I don't want to whinge or anything, but why doesn't anybody want to help me fix Tippie? First I tried to ask Seamus, but that knife of his looks jolly scary! And when I asked Justin for help, he walked right past me with this strange funny look on his face. I think everyone decided to be a twat today.

Excuse me while I find somewhere to not be happy.

Oh, Bugger! I'm really very cheesed off because some of my relatives are in the country on holiday and were over today to see my bunnies. Well, I showed them Tippie since they know a bit about computers, and before they left, Aunt Melinda's husband, whom I'm not claiming as family anymore, thought it would be funny to fool around on my lap top. Look what's happened! He somehow installed these things into poor Tippie called Spell Check and AutoCorrect As You Type ...I knew that William was a dodgy fellow the moment Auntie said she was going to marry him!

Maybe Spell Check will help me on Charms homework when I get back to Hogwarts, but that other thing... it doesn't let me type my words the way I want to anymore! It makes big letters when I don't want it to. Plus, the ugly marks like commas and apostrophes keep showing up everywhere (I hate those things!), and all my favourite words like s-p-i-f-f and super k-e-w-l-i-e-s get magically undone unless I bother to separate the letters. It won't let me type pretty faces that smile and frown and cry anymore! Look, this moment calls for a crying smiley, and I can't even make one. M-i-f-f!

But!

Even worse, how do you expect me to live without triple punctuation? My question marks are lonesome all by themselves. Professors? Somebody? For the love of Merlin, will you help me please?! I'll trade some special edition samples Ginny gave me and a wicked brownie recipe. So floo over, it's the Bunny Farm.
